Introduction

7in7 Hollywood Diet ("we", "our", or "the app") is a diet and nutrition planning application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and delete your information.

Information We Collect

Camera and Photo Library Access: The app accesses your camera and photo library solely to scan food items using our AI-powered ingredient scanner. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.

Local Data: Your diary entries, preferences, scan history, and progress are stored locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage). We do not collect or transmit this data to any server.

Purchase Information: In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

Food images sent to the AI scanner are processed in real-time to determine ingredient compatibility with your current diet day. These images are not stored, saved, or used for any other purpose.

Data Retention

Local data on your device: Diary entries, preferences, scan history, and progress are retained on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. This data never leaves your device and is not stored on our servers.

Food scan images: Images sent to the AI scanner are processed in real-time and are not retained. They are discarded immediately after analysis and are never stored by us.

Purchase records: Purchase data is retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their own retention policies, for as long as needed to validate your subscription or one-time unlock.

Data Deletion

You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time:

• Delete all in-app data: Open the app, go to Profile → Settings, and tap Reset App Data. This permanently deletes all diary entries, scan history, preferences, and progress from your device.
• Uninstall the app: Removing the app from your device automatically deletes all locally stored data (diary entries, preferences, scan history, progress).
• Request data deletion: Since we do not store any personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on our end. If you have any concerns or want to confirm no data is retained, email us at fadiradi@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
• Purchase records: To delete purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat, please contact those providers directly through their respective account management pages.

Data Storage

All personal data (diary entries, diet progress, preferences, scan history) is stored locally on your device only. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on external servers.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For managing in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase data. See their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• OpenAI: For AI-powered food scanning. Food images are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis and are not retained. See their privacy policy at openai.com/privacy.

Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
